We started our trip by shopping for some snacks, drinks and of course sweets which we ate during our adventure journey. I chose chocolate coins and apple juice and ate all of them.
#1 Which road?
We started in Las Palmas, went east by the coast, and turned to the middle of the island of Gran Canaria. The road to the Pico de las Nieves is about one thousand turns, so prepare yourself as a driver because you will be shifting and turning with the steering wheel.
#2 To the sky and higher
About two hundred turns later we went through clouds and get above them and hills open the spectacular views. The almost whole island and its geographical structure of hills, fields, and an infinite ocean.
#3 Go there!
Look at our pictures from the journey and Pico de las Nieves and go there! Alone, with kids, with wife/husband, and enjoy the monumental view.
